For professionals

We are happy to share our knowledge

It is not easy to do research on people with severe acquired brain injury. Due to the relatively small number of patients, it is very difficult to find funding to set up and conduct studies. Because many people cannot give permission for me to do research themselves, medical ethics review committees often set strict requirements with regard to the possible cause of emotional damage (especially to loved ones), making it difficult to find enough participants. In order to improve the care and treatment of the patients, it is important that the knowledge we have is shared. We are happy to contribute to that.
